Health-Conscious Catering

Let’s celebrate AND feel good! At a party, the temptation can be gnawing with all of the sweets and goodies. Maybe people time their arrival just right or may not attend just to avoid the food table, so what if the party was catered with delicious AND healthy food? Guests won’t have to feel like they need to sacrifice a cheat day to relax, mingle, and enjoy all of the irresistible dishes. Yes, this can happen!

Eating healthy at a party can be a difficult endeavor, as our head chef and owner, Cynthia notes. Many hosts provide lots of easy access, “party food” such as chips & dip, frozen fried foods and sweets, especially if they aren’t utilizing professional catering services. Cynthia is a board certified health coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She takes great pride in the ingredients chosen for Taste and Company catered events!

We’ve created a menu that provides elevated healthy appetizers, our garden bowl buffet and vegan dessert options. Everyone goes home full, feeling good, and happy!
